To "inspire" means "to breathe into" and arises from the same root as the word "spirit." In many older cultures and languages around the world, the words for "spirit," "psyche," "mind," "word", "story" or "wind" were the same word.
The word "nature" is bound to the very beginnings of things, with a root (*gene) meaning "to birth." A root which also sits at the center of words like regeneration, genius and genesis.
The word "heal" at its root simply means "whole"...
At Inspired Nature we explore healing as whole-ing
Engaging the Roots
(the generative influences of history, culture, myth, and nature)
The Spirits
(the words, thoughts, stories & 'winds') of psyche, society and world that breathe through, impact and influence every experience.
And YOU
(how the roots and winds of our world and time intersect with your life, body, self and story).
